1. A day with your team, then we build
A short call to check the fit. Then a day in your Sydney office with the people doing the work. No slide deck. We follow how quotes, orders, follow-ups and admin actually move.
By the afternoon you have a one-page map of where hours leak and where leads go cold, each fix priced in revenue or time. We build only the fixes that move the numbers, on the tools you already use, tested on real jobs.
2. We train your team, and stay on
We train your team in person and stay until it’s used every day, not just installed. You keep a written how-to. We check in once it’s been live a fortnight, then keep holding support calls so the system keeps up as the business changes.

How does it actually work?
You apply, we have a short call, then we spend a day at your business with your team. From that we produce a bottleneck map and a short build list, each item tied to revenue or time. We build, train your team in person, and support it after launch.
What do you actually build?
Automations and small custom tools around the work your team does every day: quoting, follow-up, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, enquiry handling. It depends entirely on what the bottleneck map shows.
Do we need to be technical?
No. You need to know how your business runs and what you want to happen. We handle the technical side and explain everything in plain English.
Do you use the tools we already have?
Wherever possible, yes. We build on your existing accounting, CRM and job software rather than replacing it. Where something is genuinely missing, we recommend one and set it up.
Is this a course or a done-for-you service?
Done for you, with your team involved. We do the building. Your team learns to run what we build.
How long does a build take?
Simple automations take a few days. Bigger builds take six to eight weeks. You get a clear timeline after the on-site day, before any work starts.
How much of my time will it take?
A 30-minute call, the on-site day, and a short check-in each week during the build. Your team's time is mostly the training session.
What support do we get after launch?
Ongoing support calls, a written how-to your team keeps, and fixes when something in your business changes and the automation needs to change with it.
Do you really come to us in person?
Yes, anywhere in Sydney. Watching how work actually moves through your office finds bottlenecks that never come up on a video call.

How do you measure whether it worked?
We baseline the number before the build, hours on a task, follow-up rate, days to invoice, and check it again once the build has been live. You see the same numbers we do.

Time savings show up the week the automation goes live. Revenue effects, like more follow-ups converting, usually show within the first month or two.
What if we're not the right fit?
We'll tell you on the call. This works best for established businesses with a team and repeatable processes. If you're pre-revenue or a solo operator, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
What does it cost?
It's scoped to what the bottleneck map shows, so every engagement is different. You get a fixed quote after the on-site day, and the guarantee applies to it.
How does the guarantee work?
Before we build, we agree in writing what the build should do to revenue or time. If it doesn't hit that, we keep working on it for free until it does. We can only offer this because we choose the builds carefully.
We've tried AI tools, a VA and YouTube. Why would this be different?
Those put the work back on you: learning the tool, briefing the VA, watching the video. We do the diagnosis, the build and the training, and we carry the risk if it doesn't pay off.
What if my team won't use it?
That's why we train in person and design around how your team already works. If the automation makes their day easier, they use it. If it doesn't, we've built the wrong thing and we fix it.
Is our data safe?
Your data stays in your accounts. We connect systems you already own, use least-access credentials, and hand over every login at the end. Nothing is stored on our side that doesn't need to be.
What if our processes are a mess?
Most are. That's usually where the biggest wins are. Part of the on-site day is tidying the process before we automate it, so we don't just make the mess faster.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in your accounts, and you keep the documentation. If you ever stop working with us, it keeps running.
